🍯 Honey Trade Guide Türkçe

How Hayfa Tarımsal Üretim ve Hayvancılık Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi handles personal data on this site. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 31 August 2026.

The short version

The public guide sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no analytics. The only personal data it collects is the email address you type into the form that unlocks the pricing, and you only ever type that if you choose to.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Hayfa Tarımsal Üretim ve Hayvancılık Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

What we collect, and why

WhatWhenWhyBasis
Your email addressOnly if you submit the unlock form To send you the guide and to contact you about honey pricing, testing and sourcing Your consent
Language, referring page, time, and a count of how often you unlock With that same submissionTo know which pages bring people in and to spot abuse Legitimate interest
Your IP address, kept as a daily counterWhen the unlock endpoint is called To cap requests at 40 per address per day so the endpoint cannot be hammered Legitimate interest
Standard server logsEvery request Kept by Google as our hosting provider, for security and reliability Legitimate interest

We do not collect your name, company, phone number or address unless you send them to us yourself. We do not buy contact data and we do not sell yours.

What is stored on your device

One item, in your browser's local storage: the email you entered, so the guide does not ask again on your next visit. It never leaves your device except when you submit the form. Clearing your browser data removes it. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, because there is no advertising and no tracking.

Who else sees it

Two processors, both under contract and neither given the data for their own use:

Transfers outside Türkiye and the EEA rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses. We disclose data to no one else, other than where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your email until you ask us to delete it — we do not expire it on a timer, because a beekeeper who read this in September may matter in March. The daily IP counters are meaningless after the day they cover. Server logs follow Google's own retention.

What you can ask for

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, ask for a copy in a portable form, or withdraw your consent — withdrawal does not undo what was lawful beforehand. One email to honey-trade@pinuka.co is enough; you do not need a form or a reason. We answer within 30 days.

Under Turkish law (KVKK, Law 6698) you may also complain to the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

The staff portal

A separate, sign-in-only application at the same domain, for people working on this trade. It uses Google sign-in and is restricted to a list of approved addresses. It holds supplier, laboratory and consignment records, and documents uploaded by its users. If you are not on that list you cannot reach it, and nothing in this public guide writes to it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will change the date above and, where we hold your email because you asked for the guide, tell you.
